李新,40歲,一級教師,金家九年製學校教科研主任,小學部教導處主任,負責學校教科研工作、小學部教育教學管理工作、幹訓工作,富有較強的教育教學、教育科研及教學管理經驗。2015年3月,在吉林省中小學教師信息技術應用能力提升工程項目培訓研修活動中,被評為“優秀研修組長”。 2015年12月,論文《用智慧教育學生,加強養成教育》在吉林省《考試周刊》發表。2016年,被評為吉林省教育科研骨幹教師,吉林省教育學會優秀會員。論文《有效教學從這裏開始》在《吉林教育現代教育學刊》發表。2017年論文《參加國培診斷示範課之隨想》在《吉林教育》教學班上發表。

一、絕不停留

二、尊重個性

三、打造高效
