【參訓心得】
我是2016年9月份的特崗教師,目前在勃利縣小五站鎮駝腰小學任四年級班主任,教授語文、數學、品pin德de與yu社she會hui學xue科ke。這zhe一yi年nian多duo在zai學xue校xiao領ling導dao與yu老lao教jiao師shi的de支zhi持chi與yu幫bang助zhu下xia,使shi我wo的de教jiao學xue理li論lun知zhi識shi得de到dao豐feng富fu,教jiao學xue能neng力li得de以yi提ti高gao,使shi我wo更geng加jia清qing楚chu的de認ren識shi與yu了le解jie教jiao師shi這zhe份fen職zhi業ye,也ye讓rang我wo對dui教jiao育yu的de熱re情qing更geng加jia高gao漲zhang,做zuo一yi名ming優you秀xiu的de教jiao師shi是shi我wo的de座zuo右you銘ming,為wei了le實shi現xian自zi己ji的de理li想xiang,我wo要yao求qiu自zi己ji時shi刻ke保bao持chi認ren真zhen負fu責ze、勤奮好學的狀態,尊重愛護學生,腳踏實地一步一個腳印的向自己的目標進發。
現(xian)在(zai)知(zhi)識(shi)更(geng)新(xin)的(de)速(su)度(du)在(zai)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)加(jia)快(kuai),教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)理(li)論(lun)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)在(zai)推(tui)陳(chen)出(chu)新(xin),因(yin)此(ci)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)學(xue)習(xi)就(jiu)成(cheng)為(wei)當(dang)今(jin)社(she)會(hui)對(dui)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),所(suo)以(yi)作(zuo)為(wei)一(yi)名(ming)教(jiao)師(shi)勤(qin)於(yu)學(xue)習(xi)就(jiu)顯(xian)得(de)十(shi)分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao)了(le)。隨(sui)著(zhe)網(wang)絡(luo)時(shi)代(dai)的(de)到(dao)來(lai),我(wo)們(men)的(de)生(sheng)活(huo)、工(gong)作(zuo)甚(shen)至(zhi)學(xue)習(xi)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)都(dou)在(zai)發(fa)生(sheng)著(zhe)改(gai)變(bian),教(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)絡(luo)研(yan)修(xiu)培(pei)訓(xun)平(ping)台(tai)就(jiu)是(shi)這(zhe)樣(yang)一(yi)個(ge)利(li)用(yong)網(wang)絡(luo)資(zi)源(yuan)為(wei)教(jiao)師(shi)繼(ji)續(xu)學(xue)習(xi)提(ti)供(gong)便(bian)利(li)的(de)平(ping)台(tai)。它(ta)可(ke)以(yi)讓(rang)教(jiao)師(shi)利(li)用(yong)碎(sui)片(pian)化(hua)的(de)時(shi)間(jian),了(le)解(jie)最(zui)新(xin)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)理(li)論(lun),掌(zhang)握(wo)最(zui)實(shi)用(yong)教(jiao)學(xue)技(ji)巧(qiao),反(fan)思(si)自(zi)己(ji)教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)的(de)不(bu)足(zu),及(ji)時(shi)與(yu)同(tong)仁(ren)交(jiao)流(liu),向(xiang)專(zhuan)家(jia)名(ming)師(shi)谘(zi)詢(xun)等(deng)。無(wu)疑(yi),教(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)已(yi)經(jing)是(shi)教(jiao)師(shi)提(ti)高(gao)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)有(you)效(xiao)途(tu)徑(jing)。

總(zong)之(zhi),我(wo)認(ren)為(wei)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)沒(mei)有(you)小(xiao)事(shi),任(ren)何(he)一(yi)件(jian)事(shi)情(qing),都(dou)要(yao)認(ren)真(zhen)對(dui)待(dai),同(tong)時(shi)要(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)學(xue)習(xi)提(ti)升(sheng)自(zi)己(ji),對(dui)每(mei)件(jian)事(shi)情(qing)都(dou)要(yao)認(ren)真(zhen)進(jin)行(xing)反(fan)思(si),我(wo)相(xiang)信(xin)隻(zhi)有(you)這(zhe)樣(yang)才(cai)能(neng)不(bu)斷(duan)進(jin)步(bu)。
