
新(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)下(xia)的(de)評(ping)課(ke),要(yao)求(qiu)評(ping)課(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)既(ji)能(neng)發(fa)現(xian)問(wen)題(ti),分(fen)析(xi)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)行(xing)為(wei)背(bei)後(hou)隱(yin)藏(zang)的(de)觀(guan)念(nian),又(you)能(neng)以(yi)現(xian)代(dai)教(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)學(xue)理(li)論(lun)為(wei)指(zhi)導(dao),以(yi)新(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)為(wei)依(yi)據(ju),對(dui)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)目(mu)標(biao)設(she)計(ji)、課堂實施過程、教學效果跟蹤反饋等內容進行評價。那麼,評課應該從哪些方麵入手呢?
評課的核心目標是聚焦核心素養、課(ke)程(cheng)內(nei)容(rong)和(he)單(dan)元(yuan)整(zheng)體(ti)教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)展(zhan)現(xian),挖(wa)掘(jue)課(ke)堂(tang)的(de)深(shen)層(ceng)價(jia)值(zhi),推(tui)動(dong)新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)課(ke)堂(tang)建(jian)設(she),確(que)保(bao)立(li)德(de)樹(shu)人(ren)的(de)根(gen)本(ben)任(ren)務(wu)得(de)以(yi)落(luo)實(shi)。具(ju)體(ti)而(er)言(yan),新(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)下(xia)的(de)評(ping)課(ke)可(ke)以(yi)從(cong)以(yi)下(xia)六(liu)個(ge)維(wei)度(du)進(jin)行(xing)。
1.評課堂建構
課堂結構是教師教學理念、celveheshishilujingdejizhongtixian,qikexuexinghehelixingduixueshengzhishixishouhezhuanhuajuyoujuedingxingyingxiang。pingkeyingcongketangjiangouqieru,shenrupouxikexingtedian,pinggudaoru、展開、實踐、運用、遷qian移yi和he拓tuo展zhan等deng環huan節jie的de設she置zhi是shi否fou合he理li,是shi否fou能neng體ti現xian課ke型xing特te色se和he單dan元yuan大da概gai念nian體ti係xi的de整zheng體ti性xing。同tong時shi,關guan注zhu各ge活huo動dong環huan節jie的de關guan聯lian性xing和he遞di進jin性xing,確que保bao教jiao學xue活huo動dong高gao效xiao互hu動dong,係xi統tong性xing地di導dao向xiang同tong一yi教jiao學xue目mu標biao。
2.評精妙之處
每mei一yi堂tang課ke都dou是shi教jiao師shi心xin血xue的de結jie晶jing,蘊yun含han著zhe無wu數shu教jiao學xue智zhi慧hui的de閃shan光guang點dian。評ping課ke過guo程cheng中zhong,我wo們men應ying細xi心xin捕bu捉zhuo並bing記ji錄lu這zhe些xie精jing妙miao之zhi處chu,如ru教jiao學xue片pian段duan的de精jing彩cai呈cheng現xian、教學技巧的靈活運用、qifayindaodeqiaomiaoshoufadeng。zhexieliangdianbujinshiduizhijiaozhejiaoxuezhihuidekending,yeweiqitajiaoshitigonglejuyoujiejianxingheqianzhanxingdecankao,youzhuyutishengbenxuekedejiaoxueshuiping。
3.評不足之處
jiaoyucongweitingzhi,yizhizaifazhangengxin。jiaoxuechengleyimenchongmantiaozhandeyishu,zongshibansuizhebuzuyuyihan。womenyingbaochipipanyushenshidetaidu,minruidibuzhuojiaoxuezhongdeshulouyubuzu。zhexiebuzuyoudeyuanzijiaoxueshejidebuheli、教學方法的陳舊或課堂管理的疏忽。我們應積極尋找值得改進與優化的環節,創建活動環節整體性、活動任務係統性、huodongmubiaotongyixinggaodeshihexueshengfazhandeketang,zheshipingkedemudesuozai。pingzhexiebuzuzhichu,bujinshiduishangkejiaoshidezunzhongyufankui,gengshitishengketangjiaoxuexiaolvdezhongyaotujing。
通tong過guo積ji極ji尋xun找zhao改gai進jin點dian,教jiao師shi可ke以yi共gong同tong探tan討tao和he研yan究jiu,一yi課ke多duo磨mo,一yi課ke多duo上shang,尋xun找zhao最zui佳jia的de處chu理li方fang法fa和he改gai進jin策ce略lve。這zhe種zhong開kai放fang與yu合he作zuo的de態tai度du,有you助zhu於yu教jiao師shi共gong同tong成cheng長chang,推tui動dong教jiao學xue質zhi量liang的de提ti升sheng,有you效xiao實shi現xian核he心xin素su養yang的de培pei養yang目mu標biao。
4.評探究之處
評課之時,疑惑相伴,這是知識探索的常態。這些疑問可能涉及教材解讀的準確度、教學方法的適用性,或是學生反應的解讀等方麵。
我(wo)們(men)應(ying)當(dang)珍(zhen)視(shi)這(zhe)些(xie)疑(yi)問(wen),將(jiang)其(qi)一(yi)一(yi)記(ji)錄(lu)下(xia)來(lai),作(zuo)為(wei)本(ben)學(xue)科(ke)教(jiao)研(yan)的(de)深(shen)入(ru)反(fan)思(si)與(yu)探(tan)討(tao)的(de)起(qi)點(dian)。這(zhe)種(zhong)質(zhi)疑(yi)與(yu)探(tan)索(suo)的(de)精(jing)神(shen),是(shi)推(tui)動(dong)教(jiao)學(xue)不(bu)斷(duan)進(jin)步(bu)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)動(dong)力(li)。通(tong)過(guo)與(yu)執(zhi)教(jiao)者(zhe)的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)和(he)課(ke)堂(tang)調(tiao)研(yan),我(wo)們(men)可(ke)以(yi)從(cong)多(duo)維(wei)度(du)審(shen)視(shi)教(jiao)學(xue),建(jian)立(li)新(xin)的(de)認(ren)知(zhi),創(chuang)新(xin)教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)。
5.評感悟(靈感)之處
在(zai)觀(guan)摩(mo)課(ke)堂(tang)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),我(wo)們(men)時(shi)常(chang)會(hui)因(yin)某(mou)個(ge)細(xi)微(wei)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)瞬(shun)間(jian)或(huo)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)真(zhen)情(qing)流(liu)露(lu)而(er)心(xin)生(sheng)感(gan)悟(wu)。這(zhe)些(xie)感(gan)悟(wu)或(huo)許(xu)源(yuan)自(zi)教(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)巧(qiao)妙(miao)運(yun)用(yong),或(huo)許(xu)源(yuan)於(yu)對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)深(shen)刻(ke)洞(dong)察(cha),又(you)或(huo)許(xu)是(shi)對(dui)教(jiao)育(yu)理(li)念(nian)的(de)全(quan)新(xin)理(li)解(jie)。評(ping)課(ke)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)感(gan)悟(wu)和(he)靈(ling)感(gan)是(shi)教(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)思(si)維(wei)拓(tuo)展(zhan)和(he)升(sheng)華(hua)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)源(yuan)泉(quan)。我(wo)們(men)應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)這(zhe)些(xie)瞬(shun)間(jian),讓(rang)它(ta)們(men)成(cheng)為(wei)教(jiao)學(xue)實(shi)踐(jian)的(de)依(yi)據(ju)。通(tong)過(guo)深(shen)入(ru)反(fan)思(si)和(he)總(zong)結(jie),我(wo)們(men)可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)這(zhe)些(xie)感(gan)悟(wu)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)行(xing)動(dong),提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)學(xue)觀(guan)的(de)凝(ning)練(lian)性(xing)。
同時,評感悟之處更是激發教師教學熱情和創新精神的源泉。它提醒我們,教學不僅是教書育人的過程,更是與學生共同成長、探索未知的旅程。
6.評獨到之處
評ping後hou說shuo課ke是shi評ping課ke活huo動dong的de成cheng效xiao環huan節jie。評ping課ke之zhi後hou,結jie合he自zi身shen的de體ti驗yan和he思si考kao,大da膽dan地di呈cheng現xian我wo上shang這zhe課ke堂tang的de思si路lu,為wei上shang課ke教jiao師shi提ti供gong有you針zhen對dui性xing的de建jian議yi。這zhe些xie建jian議yi旨zhi在zai促cu進jin課ke堂tang教jiao學xue改gai進jin,推tui動dong教jiao師shi的de專zhuan業ye成cheng長chang,助zhu力li教jiao育yu高gao質zhi量liang發fa展zhan。
“假如讓我上這堂課,我會如何設計?”
通過設想自己站在講台上,重新設計這堂課,我們能夠結合自身的教學經驗和獨立思考,對課堂結構、教學方法、教學內容等方麵進行深度反思和重構。
評課教師不妨從這些方麵設想:

其(qi)次(ci),在(zai)教(jiao)學(xue)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)上(shang),根(gen)據(ju)教(jiao)學(xue)內(nei)容(rong)和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang),靈(ling)活(huo)采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)種(zhong)教(jiao)學(xue)手(shou)段(duan)。設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)活(huo)動(dong)或(huo)實(shi)驗(yan),讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)動(dong)手(shou)操(cao)作(zuo)中(zhong)掌(zhang)握(wo)技(ji)能(neng)。
